What are the regulations of FSSAI registration for basic food licence?
Animal slaughtering capacity should be between minimum of two large animals or minimum of at least 50 poultry Birds.
Dairy collection and handling must be up to 500 litres per day.
The capacity of food production should be upto 100kg or litre per day. This should not include meat in all other dairy products.
